We’re proud to announce the launch of our new creative internship scheme, The Apollo Programme – further reinforcing our ambition to drive creative thinking within the influencer marketing industry.

At Kairos we are big believers than in order to drive true ROI for a brand, all campaigns must be led by a creative approach. Influencer marketing has received a lot of bad press over the past 12 months because of cowboy agencies who have tried to jump on the bandwagon with cheap, quick-win stunts or traditional established media agencies trying to capitalise on the wave of client interest but without the creative expertise to deliver what is required in this creative/media hybrid landscape.

At Kairos, we are changing what it means to be an influencer marketing agency, by devising truly creative campaigns at a global scale. The Apollo Programme will ensure that creative thinking is at the heart of what we do at every level of the business.

Over the next three months, our three interns will bring fresh thinking from some of the UK’s best creative advertising schools and will have the opportunity to work across client campaigns, new business, strategy, design, video and content production.

We are welcoming the following creative minds to the Kairos family:

Aliyah is an artist who loves video games, anime and disney. She has just graduated from studying Animation and is most inspired by animator, screenwriter and producer Rebecca Sugar, who has had a huge influence on her work and passion.

“I’m looking forward to utilising my creative skills and learning about the industry!”

Ollie is a junior creative, who studied Advertising and Brand Design and is a DJ in his spare time. He’s most inspired by artist and designer KAWS’ raw style and has been following his work ever since seeing it on Kanye West’s 808s and Heartbreak albums.

“I’m really happy to have joined such a great team and I’m looking forward to working here while learning more about influencer marketing.”

Khubrooh is a graphic designer, with a background in Advertising and Brand Design. He’s most inspired by jewelry designer, Alan Crocetti, who inspired him to get his ear pierced so he can save up and wear Alan’s work.

“I’m super excited to be working with Kairos! I have only been here a week and its already been my best job to date! Everyone has made me feel like a true member of the team and are extremely welcoming!”
