Role Description:

We are hiring a Video Artist to work within our in-house creative services team. Kairos Group’s Media team is responsible for creating all internal marketing and campaign content across the group . The role offers various opportunities to work across a broad spectrum of briefs for internal projects and reactive branded campaigns for some of the world's leading brands.

Your primary focus will be working as part of the Media team to create & edit a variety of video assets; game trailers, social announcements, campaign wrap videos etc.

Based out of our Manchester office (currently remote), this is an exciting role for any creative looking for their next step in the creative and social media industry. Reporting directly to the Content Manager, you will be responsible for owning content briefs and maintaining a level of creative excellence in video production across the board. You will assist in working to keep consistency across all branded projects across the group.

You will help nurture and develop our Creative team to become better than basically every other team out there. We’re looking for passion, flair, pizzaz, creative wizardry, a unicorn some might say… especially our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

● To consistently deliver visually excellent work to fulfill internal and external briefs

● To work with the wider Media Team to conceptualise & bring projects to life

● Share ideas & elevate the skills of other junior creatives on the team including day to day mentorship if and when required

● Work on several projects simultaneously

● Understand how various audiences consume video content on different platforms and change creative approach accordingly

● Communicate with Content Manager on progress regularly

● Be open to travel / overnight where necessary

● Add cultural and professional value to the team

● Understand the creative process at every stage, and add ideas along the way

● Add passion & creative flare to shoots. You will have the support and encouragement to add your own creative stamp to your work

Requirements

● Be someone who has had large scale and varied project experience

● Social media video experience

● In depth understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects

● Be a strong team player with a hands-on work ethic and approach to tasks

● A minimum of 3 years client/ commercial studio experience or equivalent strong showreel

● Photography/ Videography experience preferred

● Able to work to a high level of accuracy and technical ability

● Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills

● A fantastic team player - we work hard and play hard together

● Ability to undertake routine tasks with enthusiasm

● Exceptions can be made in circumstances where not all requirements are hit, but clear technical prevalence & creative ability is displayed

● Experience in the gaming industry would be a massive bonus. But not essential.

● Experience on-set / in a fast paced studio environment preferred
