Talent Coordinator - Chicago

Turopium is the fastest growing gaming talent management agency in the UK and following our expansion into the US, we’re looking to diversify our roster into a wider range of sectors. We represent over 90 exclusive gaming, music, and lifestyle content creators.

Turopium works with industry leading brands such as Amazon, Logitech, Gymshark to drive revenue growth for our exclusive talent and deliver professional influencer marketing campaigns for our brand partners. For that to happen, we need the best of the best to join us on the journey.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our rapidly growing talent management team. The ideal candidate will have very strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting role for candidates based in the Chicago metropolitan area. This position will provide you with a platform to make your mark in the business and work alongside top gaming and music talent.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Work closely with the Talent Partnerships team on campaign requirements and deliverables

● Assist our exclusive talent in a variety of full-service management activities

● Develop our pipeline of creators by owning first contact and outreach

● Manage monthly performance and growth of the creators managed social channels

● Provide community management support

● Compile and update channel analytics in support of talent growth and brand sales

● Prepare creator and brand briefings and presentations

● You are a strategic thinker and able to scout top talent

● You have a confident and personable approach

● You'll be confident communicating our client needs and services we offer on the phone, web video conference, in person or through email

● You will be articulate and able to provide detailed information about us, the brands we work with and how we can develop creators even further

● Collaborative/Team player

● Passion for social media and the gaming industry

Requirements

● Must be located in or able to relocate to the Chicago Metropolitan Area

● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
