Account Coordinator (Gaming) - New York

We are Kairos, an award-winning team of over 100, and with a newly launched office in New York we’re looking for aspiring social natives to help take the Kairos brand to new heights!

Founded by our ‘30 under 30 co-founders’, we now operate globally with headquarters in London, England and a second studio in Manchester, Kairos is now expanding its physical presence into the US. We are specialists in digital marketing, experts in social media and gamers at heart, but that hasn’t stopped us from working with the biggest non-gaming brands in the world helping them to reach their audiences digitally.

Samsung, Epic Games, Activision, KFC, JBL, Pizza Hut, Cetaphil, these are just some of the brands we work with daily and we need creative, strategic, data-led individuals to help shape award-winning campaigns that keep them coming back for more!


What we are looking for

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Coordinator who can bring a strategic and creative flair to our already dynamic account team, working directly with our clients day to day as a key point of contact. As a primary requirement, you will have a passion for working with global brands and delivering digital strategies with a focus on social media and influencer marketing.

As a Social focused digital agency, we will be needing someone who has a strong grasp of what the Social Media landscape looks like and is passionate about keeping up to date on the latest trends and updates.

What’s it like in the New York office?

  • Startup culture in a larger agency group. Our New York office will be the starting point for Kairos in the US. We’ll be a startup business with the backing of a well-established agency in the UK, giving us the best of both worlds.
  • Hybrid culture - As a start-up in the US we know the importance of face time regularly. We equally understand the importance of flexibility. Our US team will be required in office 3 days a week minimum.
  • We’re based on Broadway so right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.


The role in a nutshell

In short, Account Executives’ help us deliver best practice account management service across for our clients by organising and managing our internal teams.. The successful candidate will work alongside an Account Manager and Account Director who will act as support and line management.

Day to day responsibilities

Supporting the Account Manager and Account Director with the day-to-day running of your accounts, with a focus on client and project management

Working with the influencer, creative, strategy and social media teams to ensure clear briefs and work streams to deliver best-in-class work

Aiding in the coordination of the general account to ensure output is delivered on time and on budget

Assisting with general client management and communication

Assisting with creative campaign ideation, pitches and strategies alongside wider internal teams

Keep abreast of any developments in the digital marketing sector whilst sharing knowledge more widely both internally and with clients

Requirements

  • Experience within the Digital Marketing industry is preferred, ideally with a focus on social and influencer marketing
  • Organised, self-motivated and passionate about digital marketing
  • Competent writing and communication skills
  • Great at building relationships
  • Passion for all things social media and online marketing
  • Pro-active attitude and an eagerness to learn quickly, contribute to company strategy and build the vision
  • Ideally you will also have a passion for video gaming and a strong understanding of the community across a variety of genres

Benefits


    Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000
