Founded by our ‘30 under 30 co-founders’ we are specialists in digital marketing, experts in social media and gamers at heart, but that hasn’t stopped us from working with the biggest non-gaming brands in the world helping them to reach their audiences in creative and innovative ways, powered by social media.

Samsung, KFC, PepsiCo, Epic Games, Activision, JBL, Pizza Hut, Cetaphil: these are just some of the brands we work with daily and we need creative, strategic, data-led individuals to help shape award-winning campaigns that keep them coming back for more!

Kairos operate a hybrid culture in our London office, as we understand the value of both home and in-office working. We expect office attendance at our Holborn base at least 2 days per work to allow for effective teamwork and collaboration with your peers.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to assume the role of Social Media Content Lead (Client). The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a passion for producing captivating content across various social media platforms, including TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. As the leader of our social media content team, you will drive the creation of visually appealing and engaging client-focused content while staying at the forefront of platform trends and innovations.


  • Creative Strategy:
    • Use your deep knowledge of social platforms and trends to develop creative video concepts that exceed client expectations while prioritizing audience engagement.
    • Ideate and create example content for client pitches and strategy sessions, showcasing the potential of our social media offerings.

  • Content Creation Oversight:
    • Interpret briefs from the social media team to bring video ideas to life for our clients' social media channels.
    • Set the creative standard for the team, ensuring content aligns with brand identities and resonates with the target audience.
    • Utilize your expertise to shoot high-quality content and guide the team in creating social-first videos.

  • Platform Mastery:
    • Stay abreast of social media trends, challenges, and features on platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
    • Guide the team in leveraging platform tools, filters, and effects to enhance the visual appeal of content.

  • Shoot Organisation and Management:
    • Take the lead in organising and coordinating video shoots, managing all aspects from
    • pre-production to post-production.
    • Source and liaise with actors, influencers, and production teams to ensure a seamless and efficient shoot process.
    • Manage budgets for video productions, optimising resources to achieve high-quality content within financial constraints.

  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Foster a collaborative environment, supporting and mentoring junior team members in their content creation efforts.
    • Ensure each team member has clear progression paths, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth.
    • Set the standard for what constitutes high-quality content, maintaining accountability for individual and team deliverables.

  • Collaborative Learning:
    • Share ideas and knowledge with the wider social team to enhance content quality across the business.
    • Facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to encourage collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.


  • Mobile Content Creation:
    • Demonstrated experience in shooting and editing high-quality content using a smartphone.
    • Proficiency in mobile video editing apps and a keen eye for visual storytelling.

  • Vertical Video Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of social platforms, trends, and creative capabilities, especially in the realm of vertical video content.

  • Creativity:
    • Ability to think outside the box and create content that stands out in a crowded digital space.

  • Adaptability:
    • Comfortable adapting to evolving trends and utilizing new features on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging through creative content.
